All Planet Positive projects are verifiable, quantifiable and additional (which means they have had to prove that your money is needed to make the difference). This ensures they result in real, permanent, verifiable reductions in emissions.

Many of the projects we invest in are in the developing world, where financing would not happen without the money raised from the sale of carbon credits, so your investment is also contributing to sustainable development, cleaner technologies, employment, new infrastructures and investment into the area.

All project documentation is reviewed by a third-party against the set criteria in the Carbon Credit Selection Policy in the Planet Positive Protocol. As the voluntary carbon market is currently unregulated, our selection process is designed to ensure all projects offer clear benefits, environmentally, socially and economically.
